case study 01 / Mobile application

Increased usability by 400%

UX Research / UX Design / Prototyping / user testing

My task was to refine the application's pre-designed structure, taking into account user paths. I was also responsible for designing the app's UI and conducting user testing to help identify design flaws in the photo sharing path.

I worked on the project together with a UX Writer, Mobile Developers, Communications Specialist and Product Owner and Backend Team.

Designed encrypted communication app

My task was to design the structure of the interface, making sure that the user's interaction with the application was clear and that navigation was simple. I designed and conducted participatory testing with users, which helped identify and fix difficulties.

I worked on the project together with UX Writer, Front-end developer, Product Manager and Backend Team. The collaboration took place in the form of iterations.

case study 03 / ECommerce UX / Service Design

Reduced the burden on support staff

The form was designed for an ecommerce store selling red light therapy devices. Users were having trouble selecting the right product, resulting in a lot of questions on the support page.

My task was to create a personas depicting customers and their needs, than design a solution that would help users pick best product based on their needs. I worked as a solo freelancer.
